Okay, so this is a tough one.
Let’s say for example that you want to have a better relationship, or a better work environment, or a better business, or just about any other thing that you may want in life.
And maybe you are looking at others and thinking things like:
“If only my partner was a better person…”
“If only my boss was a nicer guy…”
“If only my customers were better customers…”
BUT, the reality is that it’s not about them. Drum roll please…
Mark is a very inspirational speaker, who can help to shift a person’s mindset in a positive direction just by listening to his infectious enthusiasm.
Which reminds me of the philosophy that you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.
Sometimes when we are trying to achieve something that is very important to us, we can become very anxious. We want to get to the goal as soon as possible. But our level of anxiety can get the best of us.
Although we could all use some motivation, when it gets to a level where we are anxious it has the effect of a puppy that is trying to run quickly on a shiny floor. We may not get very far when we are virtually running in place.

However, after taking the trip I realized how much sharper I am, and less stressed. It provided a greater amount of clarity around my goals.
This reminds me of the story of the two lumberjacks that were competing…
Yes, there is a joke in this story. Keep reading….
People often ask “what is life coaching anyway?”
Life coaching is a phenomenal tool that helps to give a person clarity around what they desire to achieve, along with coaching techniques that helps them to get there more quickly than if they were doing it on their own. (I personally also combine powerful visualization techniques to help you get there even faster.)
It reminds me of a joke that I once heard a minister tell:
