Why We Should Think Positive For Weight Balance

The subconscious mind is where we need to focus if we want to get our weight in balance. (Notice I’m avoiding the word “lose” here, as in “lose weight”.)

You see, the subconscious doesn’t like to lose.

But, it does like to be “Free”. (Doesn’t it FEEL better when you think of being free of the excess weight instead of losing it?)

So, I like to use the word “Free” instead of “Lose”, which is why my free Facebook group is Diet Free Living.

As a clinical hypnotherapist, when I do guided meditation (hypnosis) for clients, I focus on the positive. This is not only more effective, but is so much more enjoyable and elevates us, which is what we want to do.

Since emotions have a huge impact on our weight, leading to over-eating or eating unhealthy foods when we feel angry, stressed, anxious or whatever, shifting it to positive also shifts our eating habits as well.

When we combine that positive shift with relaxation and go deep to our core, the change that we want happens more quickly than when we try to analyze it.

So, learn to let go, relax, and be positive. Your mind, body and soul will thank you.
