It’s easy to get discouraged and look at what’s not working. This can be with our weight or anything in our life.
Then we get stuck focusing what we don’t want.
We talk about it, tell other people about it, and FEEL the negative emotion around it.
We continue to attract it when we do that.
Then we get stuck where we don’t want to be.
We get stuck because we don’t realize that we’re building energy around what we don’t want, and then we create more of it. (Everything is energy, after all.)
We need to shift it to what we want to create.
Previously, I had mentioned using positive words. So, when we’re trying to lose weight, then let’s focus on being free of the weight, and really imagining ourselves slimmer, healthier and FEELING great.
Focusing on failure and why things AREN’T working will create more of what we don’t want.
So, let yourself off the hook.
If something didn’t work in your life (since mind and body are connected), then let it go and move on.
Failure is simply how we learn about what works and what doesn’t work. Start again.
Focus on where you want to go, and you’ll get there.
